These terms explain how our free trial and our money-back guarantee work. They apply to all new agency partners who start service with us. Please read them before you begin using the service.
Free Trial
We offer a free two week (14 day) trial for new agency partners. During the trial you get full access to our campaign setup and management service, so you can see how we work before you commit. There is no setup or onboarding fee to get started.
You are not charged anything during the trial period. You will only be billed if you choose to continue with a paid plan after the trial ends. You can cancel at any time before the trial ends and you will not be charged.
If you do not cancel, your account continues on your selected plan when the trial period is over.
30 Day Money-Back Guarantee
We stand behind our work with a 30 day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days of your paid subscription, you can request a refund of the management fees you have paid to us during that period.
What the Guarantee Covers
Covered: the management fees you have paid directly to us during the first 30 days of your paid subscription.
Not covered: advertising spend paid to Google Ads or any other ad platform. This budget is spent on your behalf to run live campaigns and cannot be returned by us once it has been used. Any refund applies to our fees only, not to money already spent inside the ad platforms.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at support@alticllc.com with your account details and the reason for your request. We may ask a couple of questions to understand what went wrong so we can improve.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes apply to trials and guarantees that start after the update is posted. The date below shows when these terms were last revised.
